I visited during the same topical discussion of John 3:16 and found it to be even less based on what the Bible had to say than stated in this opinion. He was at the end of the verse and said that the emphasis lies completely on us to accept God. This does not make sense, again because of Romans 9. But even if you don't believe that or view that scripture the same way as I do, you still cannot truly believe that it is completely up to us to choose God. Where would God's grace fit into that? Anyway, an okay church (about the ranks of Saddleback). They have some good things going on, but do not preach the Word with any type of authority, but mainly just personal story, with not much to back it up. I agree with this report on Rock Harbor.
